Montréal’s Chef Laurent Godbout grabs the gold at the Americas Chef Competition 2005!

Laurent Godbout, Chef-Owner of the chic Montréal culinary hotspots, Chez L’Épicier and Version Laurent Godbout, grabbed the gold at the Americas Chef Competition held recently in Miami. (November 19-20). Chef Godbout’s culinary team included Philippe Beaudoin, Executive Chef of Version (Montréal), and Chef Lionel Couturier. No stranger to competition, Chef Godbout’s extensive resume touts over 90 competitions to date. The Americas Chef Competition is held during the Americas Food & Beverage event and is a Pan-American competition that gathers culinary-masters from the United States, the Bahamas, Brazil, Argentina and three Canadian Provinces.
