
16 8/12 Peeled and Deveined Shrimp **
2 oz Maple Vinegar (Rice Vinegar may be used as a substitute)
4 oz Olive Oil
4 oz Québec Maple Syrup
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
½ Lemon
¼ Sliced Red Onion
2 Lemon grass stalks
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours. Grill until shrimp is cooked.
Serves 4. Shrimp can be substituted with Salmon or Tuna.
