Christopher Koetke has been a culinary instructor at The School of the Culinary Arts of Kendall College since January 1998. In 2002, he was named Associate Dean of the Culinary School. Along with the move to the new Riverworks campus, he became Dean of the Culinary School in 2005 (more).
Maureen Lisi-MacReady graduated with honors from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. A Chef Instructor at the California School of Culinary Arts (CSCAS) Le Cordon Bleu Program in the Garde Manger department, she is a long time member of Women Chefs and Restaurateurs(WCR) and is the Local Exchange Coordinator in Los Angeles and faculty advisor for WCR at CSCA (more)
